• Circumvent access controls, rate limits, or authentication
• Interfere with the platform's security, integrity, or performance

4. Intellectual Property

The dashboard, its design, code, and compiled data layouts are the property of ChartReader or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and related laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for personal or internal business use. Third-party data remains the property of its respective owners.

5. Third-Party Data

Dashboard data is aggregated from third-party sources. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or terms of third-party data providers. Use of linked services is subject to their respective terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the dashboard will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChartReader shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits or trading capital, arising out of your use of the dashboard.
